PrintSolutions, Inc. has completed the extensive SOC 2 certification and is currently in compliance with its privacy and security policies, as well as with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection, use, transfer, storage, protection, disposal, or disclosure of personally identifiable information and other legally protected data collected from or provided by third parties.
The company has taken commercially reasonable steps to safeguard the information technology assets and data used in connection with its business operations, including maintaining the confidentiality of such data. PrintSolutions, Inc. has also established commercially reasonable disaster recovery and security plans, procedures, and facilities for its operations, including, without limitation, those related to IT assets and data held or used by or for the Company.
There has been no material security breach, cyberattack, or other compromise (including unauthorized or illegal use or access) involving any such IT assets or data.
